To ensure your vehicle inventory looks its best across all platforms, it is important to follow our recommended photo specifications. Using the correct file sizes and dimensions ensures fast loading times while maintaining high visual quality.

Photo Guidelines

1. Quantity

You can upload up to 100 photos per vehicle. This allows for a comprehensive gallery, including interior, exterior, and detail shots.

2. File Size & Resolution

• Standard Size: Most accounts are configured for a maximum file size of 4MB and a maximum width of 1600px.

• High-Resolution Support: If your dealership uses high-definition photography, we can increase your limits to 8MB per file and 2048px in width.

3. Supported Formats

We currently accept images in JPG and JPEG formats. Please ensure your files are saved in this format before attempting to upload. Other formats (such as PNG or HEIC) should be converted prior to uploading.

How to Request Higher Limits

If you need to upload photos larger than 4MB or wider than 1600px, please reach out to our team to enable Extended Support for your account.
