Setting Up Your Dealerships Domain Name to Point to Your eBizAutos Website

Instructions on how to set up your eBizAutos Dealership Website with your desired domain name.

Important Note on Domain Ownership:
At eBizAutos, we believe you should always maintain full control of your digital assets. Transferring ownership of your domain to eBizAutos is not needed or recommended. Your dealership should remain the registered owner of your existing domain name.
If you do not yet have a domain and need help registering a new one, simply let an eBizAutos Support representative know and we can handle the registration process for you.

1. Update Your Name Servers
To point your existing domain to our platform, log in to your current domain registrar (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap, Network Solutions) and update your Name Servers to the following:
  • ns1.ebizautos.net
  • ns2.ebizautos.net
  • ns3.ebizautos.net
  • ns4.ebizautos.net

2. Contact eBizAutos Support
Once you have updated the name servers at your registrar, please contact eBizAutos Support immediately. Notifying us as soon as the change is made allows our team to finalize the connection and monitor the propagation process.

3. SSL and CDN Provisioning
To ensure minimum interruption to your web traffic, our team will begin provisioning your security and performance features as soon as the DNS points to us:
  • SSL Certificate: We will secure your site with HTTPS to ensure a "Secure" badge in browser bars.
  • CDN (Content Delivery Network): We will activate our global CDN to ensure your site loads instantly for shoppers everywhere.
Updating your name servers to eBizAutos is the most efficient way to ensure these features are live the moment your new site launches.
