HOW TO CANCEL YOUR EBIZAUTOS SUBSCRIPTION

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us in one of the following ways:

Please include your dealership name and the email address associated with your account so we can locate it quickly. We recommend email so there is a written record of your request, but a phone call works just as well.

You should receive a confirmation from our Accounting team within one business day. If you do not, please follow up — we want to make sure your request reaches the right person.


When Your Cancellation Takes Effect

Per our Terms of Service, your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid term. This means:

  • Your services remain fully active until the end of that term.
  • You will not be billed beyond your final paid term.
  • Your websites, inventory feeds, and marketing integrations continue to run normally until your account is closed.

We will confirm your exact effective cancellation date in writing when we acknowledge your request.


Final Billing

Because our subscriptions bill at the start of each term, a final charge may process between the date we receive your cancellation request and the end of your last paid term. This is normal and expected — that charge covers your final period of service.

Example: If you are billed on the 14th of each month and you submit your cancellation on the 6th, your next regularly scheduled charge on the 14th will process and will be your final charge. Your account will then remain active through the end of that paid term, after which it will be closed.

If you are uncertain about your billing date or your final charge, our Accounting team can walk through the specifics of your account with you.


Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable. This is stated in Section 6 of our Terms of Service, which you agreed to when you signed up for service. Because you continue to receive full access to your websites and services through the end of your final paid term, we do not prorate or refund the final charge.


What Happens to Your Data

When your account is closed:

  • Your eBizAutos-hosted website will be taken offline.
  • Your inventory feeds to third-party marketplaces (Cars.com, Autotrader, Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, etc.) will be discontinued.
  • Your social media and search engine marketing campaigns managed through eBizAutos will be paused.
  • Your account data will be retained per our Privacy Policy.

If you would like a copy of your inventory data, photos, or other account content before your cancellation takes effect, please request it from our team before your effective cancellation date. We are happy to provide an export.

How do I cancel my eBizAutos subscription? Send an email to support@ebizautos.com or call 1-800-987-3249. Be sure to include your dealership name and the email on your account.

When will my cancellation take effect? At the end of your current paid term. We'll confirm the exact date when we acknowledge your request.

Will I be charged after I cancel? You may see one final charge if it falls between the date of your notice and the end of your final paid term. This charge covers your last period of service. No further charges will be processed after that.

Can I get a refund for the unused days in my final billing period? No. Our Terms of Service state that all purchases are non-refundable, and we do not prorate the final charge. Your services remain fully active through the end of that term.

Will my website stay online during my final paid term? Yes. All services — your website, inventory feeds, marketing integrations, and any active campaigns — continue to run normally until your effective cancellation date.

Can I export my data before my account closes? Yes. Please contact us before your effective cancellation date to request an export of your inventory, photos, or other account content.

What if I change my mind after I've cancelled? Contact us as soon as possible. If your account has not yet been closed, we can usually reverse the cancellation. If it has already been closed, we'd be happy to walk you through reactivating service.

Can I cancel just part of my services? In many cases, yes. If you'd like to keep some services (for example, your website) and discontinue others (for example, paid marketing campaigns), please contact us and we'll review your options.

What if I'm cancelling because I'm switching providers? We can coordinate with you on timing so there is no service gap. Let us know your target switchover date when you submit your cancellation, and we will do our best to align your effective date with it.
