HOW DO I SEND OR RECIEVE VEHICLE INVENTORY DATA?

Imports: Automatically sync vehicle details, pricing, and photos from your DMS or other inventory sources into the eBizAutos platform.
Exports: Send your inventory data to a wide network of classified sites and marketing endpoints.

Most data feeds are transmitted via FTP. To ensure a successful connection, please use the following server specifications:

FTP Server: ftp.ebizautos.com
Connection Mode: Passive (PASV) mode is required.
Security Requirement: For security purposes, you must have your static IP address whitelisted by our technical team before a connection can be established.

Because data requirements vary by partner, please contact eBizAutos Support for the following:

Whitelisting Requests: To provide your IP address for server access.
File Formats: To confirm support for specific formats (CSV, XML, etc.) or to receive a Data Dictionary of required fields.
Feed Setup: To coordinate the initial mapping and scheduling of your import or export.
