# HOW DO I SEND OR RECIEVE VEHICLE INVENTORY DATA?

## INVENTORY DATA FEEDS (IMPORTS & EXPORTS) THIS ARTICLE OUTLINES HOW TO MANAGE INVENTORY DATA EXCHANGES WITH EBIZAUTOS. WE SUPPORT BIDIRECTIONAL DATA FLOWS, ALLOWING YOU TO IMPORT VEHICLE DATA FROM THIRD-PARTY VENDORS OR EXPORT YOUR INVENTORY TO EXTERNAL MARKETING PARTNERS.

### **Overview of Data Feeds**

- **Imports:** Automatically sync vehicle details, pricing, and photos from your DMS or other inventory sources into the eBizAutos platform.
- **Exports:** Send your inventory data to a wide network of classified sites and marketing endpoints.

### **FTP Connection Specifications**

Most data feeds are transmitted via FTP. To ensure a successful connection, please use the following server specifications:

- **FTP Server:** `ftp.ebizautos.com`
- **Connection Mode:** **Passive (PASV)** mode is required.
- **Security Requirement:** For security purposes, you must have your **static IP address whitelisted** by our technical team before a connection can be established.

### **Technical Support & Setup**

Because data requirements vary by partner, please contact **eBizAutos Support** for the following:

- **Whitelisting Requests:** To provide your IP address for server access.
- **File Formats:** To confirm support for specific formats (CSV, XML, etc.) or to receive a Data Dictionary of required fields.
- **Feed Setup:** To coordinate the initial mapping and scheduling of your import or export.
